Q: What type of renovation projects do you do?

A: Bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, extensions, conservatories.  All works considered.   Please feel free to discuss your renovation.

Q: What do you charge/What are your fees per hour?

A: Project costs vary from $10 - 12k for entry level + GST, mid range from $14 - 18k +GST to $20/25k and upwards. depening on requirements, costs of products, scope of work, whether council consents are required etc. We can help with obtaining consents and all quotes are supplied with full scope of work so what we have allowed for is very clear.

Q: How long will A project take?

A: Time frames are dependent on requirements, however a typical kitchen can be completed within two weeks, an additional week is required for custom stone bench tops, a typical bathroom can take approx 2 weeks, with an additional week required for a fully tiled solution or one requiring consent. A program of works is supplied at the the start of the contract to let people know the finish date.

Q: Who buys the materials?

A: Proven Projects utilise several merchants who sell a wide range of products. if we supply these products we can pass on some of the discount on product where applicable, but we are also happy for people to supply the product themselves.

Q: We are building a house can you project manage the bathroom or kitchen part?

A: Absolutely, I offer a full Project Management service and can either assist with design or implement a third party design

Q: If yes, will you use our builder or yours?

A: I have a full resource of trades people that I have used for a long time and have built a good relationaship with, that are professional and reliable. I would consider utilising a customer's own trades people but would prefer to supply my own.
